How to turn Cookies On?

Yeah, i need to check my mail online for AOL and
everytime i try and access the mail page for my personal
screen name, a separate small window pops up saying, "you
must turn cookies on". I've searched everywhere for how
to turn cookies on. I dunno how they got turned off.
Anyone know how to fix this?

In Interent Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options. Click on the Privacy
tab - move the Accept All Cookies slider to a setting lower than Block All
Cookies.
