How to transfer Outlook folders from old to new p.c.??

Anyone have any advice? I've been able to "synch" using
a palm handheld, but I can't find a way to transfer
my "Sent Items" from my Personal Folders to my new
computer

Do a search for "*.pst" and copy the file to your new computer. Remove
any Read-only attribute (if you use a CD for instance) and in Outlook,
go to File-Open
