How to transfer my Outlook Settings to a new Computer

I need to transfer all my Outlook 2003 settings to my newsly bought notebook.

The Windoes "Settings Transfer" tool doe NOT list Outlook in its list,
rather it lists Outlook Express.

My Outlook is configured for 8 mail accounts and many rules & I don't want
to do this tedious job of manulally ocnfiguring the new machine.

Did Office/Outlook 2003 install something called Office 2003 Save My
Settings Wizard? (For me it is Start > Programs > Microsoft Office 2003 >
Microsoft Office Tools > Office 2003 Save My Settings Wizard.)

I forgot to mention that the default configuration of this program will not
backup certain data files like *.PST and *.PAB files. (*.PST = the file
that holds the mail, contacts, tasks, calendar, .etc and *.PAB is the legacy
Address Book)
