I'm going to assume you have permission and access to the data tables. This
is surprisingly easy if you do.
Open the folder of Table Objects. Click to Highlight the table you wish to
export. Right click on this highlighted table, and you will see a menu of
options. Select the export option and then choose a destination, a file name
and a file type, using caution to match your Excel version in the type field.
The export button will become available once all options are chosen. A click
