How to tell which version IE 7?

I installed IE7 Beta months ago and haven't had any updates as far as I know.
How do I tell what version I have? Since I already have it installed, how do
I update it? I thought I could do it through Windows Update yesterday, but it
didn't show any updates available.

It doesn't matter at this point. Uninstall the version you have and go to
www.microsoft.com/ie and download and install the final version.

No need to uninstall previous version of IE 7 beta: the install of IE 7
final will do it for you.

IE7 will uninstall the beta when it goes to install
I had IE7 beta RC1 and that is what it did
