Since Microsoft decided to make standalone IE 7(major
update) on window xp which i thought will only be
available on Longhorn. Will they make Microsoft
Antispyware work on IE 7? since Microsoft Antispyware is
made Specifically for SP2 IE 6 and not SP2 IE 7. I know
it's to early to comment about this but I'm just
wondering how will it work since its a really major IE
update.

Another good article about IE7.

Obviously the IE Team is working in tandem with the various security
divisions of Microsoft (including AntiSpyware). They are most certainly
evaluating how Internet Explorer 6 and future versions can work in unison to
combat Spyware, the two articles linked in these threads talks a bit about
some of the promising solutions that are being worked on.
