AD and Sysvol synchronisation should happen automatically if everything is
running smoothly but you can also force it using the methods here:

You can go into AD sites/services and expand down to your "servers" folder
and the ntds settings icon. When this is highlighted, you should see a
connection object/s in the right pane from other dc/s that it replicates
from. Right click this object and choose "replicate now".
Replmon is another utility that can be used to force sync with all dc's in
the domain too.
