How to Synchronize Windows Mail between desktop and notebook

Hello,
I have been struggling with a seemingly simple issue but have not been able
to find a resolution.

I often use Windows Mail on either my desktop or notebook. What is the
easiest way to synchronize Windows Mail between the two machines. I would
like to have the ability to recieve and send mails from either machine, but
that both show the same messages in 'Inbox' and 'Sent' folders.

I tried to export messages from desktop, and then was able to import it into
the notebook. But when I tried to do the same import a second time after a
week, it did not work properly (I was unable to see all the Mail Folders).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

For incoming mail, go to Tools | Accounts and select the account. Click
Properties and go to the Advanced tab where you can tell it to leave as copy
on the server and when to delete it.

I don't know of any way to accomplish this for sent mail with a POP3
account.
