How to synchronize the hoilday from Outlook XP to PDA?

Actually, I would like to update the holiday in PDA's calendar, but I find that I should update the holiday in Outlook calendar, then synchronize to the PDA by Active Sync. The version of Outlook and PDA are 2002, HP 5410 respectively
Thus, I would like to update the calendar in Outlook XP to match the holiday in Hong Kong, but I can't find any components for this purpose. I just found the file for Outlook 2000 to update the calendar from 2003 to 2007

Where can I download the file to update the holiday in the Outlook XP? Or any other method to update the holiday in the PDA's calendar
