Sharing a calendar with Outlook Connector

I want to synchronize my Hotmail calendar with the one on my PDA. This must,
as far as I know, be done using Outlook (and ActiveSync, of course). I have
Outlook Connector setup, so I can see my Hotmail calendar in Outlook, and I
am able to synchronize my PDA with Outlook's calendar. However, because
Outlook stores it's calendar separately from the Hotmail calendar, my PDA
never recieves the appointments in the Hotmail calendar. Is there a way to
change the default calendar in Outlook so that ActiveSync synchronizes with
the right calendar (or even better, add the option of which calendar(s) to
synchronize with into ActiveSync)? I know that I used to be able to
synchronize with Hotmail's calendar, but since then I have done a hard reset
on my PDA, reinstalled ActiveSync, and reinstalled Office. I also believe
that was before Outlook Connector was released. If anybody knows what I need
to do, please let me know. I am using Office 2003 and Windows XP
Professional SP2. Thanks.

Nathan,
I by no means am an expert in pda sync.

Recently some discussion centered on different versions of the Outlook
Connector.
Which version of the connector is in use. And is the hotmail account a
plus account(paid account).
Here's some info to review on the Outlook Connector from an earlier
post(8/27/07) by Stephen Boots..Note the second link may not longer work
if the earlier version download has been removed.

"The new Outlook Connector, just recently released, does not work with
Outlook
2002/XP. It requires Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007.

The old version supported Outlook 2002/XP -

However, the old version only works with paid accounts. Is the account
you are trying to use a paid account?"

Additonal info on the Outlook Connector---this blog has links for help
with the latest Connector etc..

ActiveSync will synchronize only with the calendar in the delivery location
data store (i.e., the default Calendar) and unless you're paying for Hotmail
Premium, you cannot make the Hotmail folders your delivery location.
