How to store info on Exchange with Outlook 2003

I am using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003 Server on Windows 2003
Server.

How do you configure Exchange to hold all the users' contacts, calendar
entires, etc.. info on the Exchange Server?

Right now, if I create a contact, it resides only at the local level.
For example, I would like to create a contact in Outlook (perhaps
offline) and then when I connect to the Exchange server, the info
should then be uploaded (sync) to Exchange. If I then log in with
another computer to the same account, the info should (sync) update
Outlook on the other computer with Exchange as well.

I understand there is a setting on Outlook to select a destination, but
I can not find where this may be.

For best results, add the Exchange account to your mail profile, copy all the data that currently exists in your .pst file to the mailbox, then get rid of the .pst file.

Sue,

Can you clarify the steps to accomplish this? I am not sure what you
mean by "copy all the data that currently exists in your .pst file to
the mailbox."

I created a profile and created the email account. But do not see
where to "transfer" or "copy" the data to the exchange server.

Thanks.

Either drag and drop individual items into different folders, using the Folder List, or use the File | Import and Export command to import the entire .pst file.
