How to stop this screen popping up at bootup

This screen appears on my desk top every time I boot up.

C:\programfiles\dell

How can I stop this?

Thank you for your reply. That program looks a little complicated and might get
me into trouble...I remember this problem happening a year or so back and
someone gave me a real simple way to stop it but I've forgotten it.

Anyone out there know what it is?

With Autoruns you can uncheck an item, which disables it from starting,
or you can can right click an item and then delete it. If you uncheck
you can recheck to re-enable the item. It is a much safer approach than
editing the Registry. Another useful feature of the programme is that
you can right click an item and select Search Online to get information
about the item selected.
