How to stop recipient from editing emails

Hi I was wondering if there is an option in Outlook 2003 before sending an
email, to stop the recipient from editing the mail.
When you receive an email, you can click on Edit, then Edit Message and edit
the message to your liking.

Is there any way to stop this function? To have it grayed out?

Using IRM, yes, it is possible.
