How to stop IE from automatically changing to newly loaded page

Hi,

Is there a way to stop IE from automatically bringing a
page to the forefront after it has finished loading in the
background? Invariably this seems to happen while I am
entering data in fields on another page.

I've never seen a solution to this other than to minimize the IE window
that's loading.
