how to stop download mial twice

How to stop download mail i already have in .PST file. Situation is this.
Postfix mail server, MS Outlook 2007 and terminal services on w2k3 Std. i
have user account on server with terminal service. i move .PST file from
user's PC to server and after run MS Outlook it download all mail into inbox
from server again. This is why i do not delete mail after download.

interesting site but i did not find any solution for my problem. Main issue
is that i need to keep whole folder structude done by user in inbox folder in
original .PST.

This is not possible without a manual move action. What exactly are you
trying to achieve? Is this a 1-time only thing or a daily recurrence?

i want to have all mails and inbox folder structure in .pst file after move
from user's pc to terminal server without downloading again all mails. This
is only one-time only thing.

Since you're going to be referencing a mailbox from a different mail
profile, you'll download anything that the second Outlook hasn't seen yet.

How outlook remeber which mail was downloaded? maybe i can move somehow those
information? is it a file or register value?


iif there is no method i can see that i need to download again in to orginal
..PST and use some tool to remove double mails. Is there microsoft tool to do
that?

At one time it was kept in the registry. I'm unsure where Outlook 2007
keeps the data, but it is tied to the mail profile (which is in the
registry) because a new profile will reset the data.
