OK, I'm embarassed. I cannot find the UI for managing services. Can someone
tell me what the sequence of mouse/key clicks from the start menu?
Thanks,
Siegfried

Press Control - Shift - Escape together. Vista has reverted to the
NT4/Windows 2000 key combination.

I get there the same way I do in XP. Right click (My)Computer, select
Manage, expand Services and Applications in the left pane to get access to
Services.

You can also simply type "services" in the Start Search entry of the start
menu.

(Dominic's advice on Ctrl-Shft-Esc gets you to Task Manager, as it does in
XP. There you can start and stop services.)

It's very much the same as it was for Win2K and WinXP: Right-click
Computer (formerly "My Computer") > Manage > Services/Services and
Applications.
