How to start Power meter from a shortcut

I'm trying to find out how to open the Power meter window from a shortcut.

This windows normally appears when you double click the battery icon in the
systemtray (laptop)

I've tried rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL powercfg.cpl but that
merely starts the entire power config and not just the power meter window

Sorry....I don't have the answer, but I hope someone answers as I have been
searching the web for the same thing. There was mention on one page about
each icon having an executable and I have tried to find that witout any luck.
