How to start from mirrordrive on my server ?

1 of my mirrordrives is defective.
It's the first one on my primary controller.
I removd the defective one and replaced it with the mirrordrive.
The problem now is that my server does not boot from the mirrordisk.
What can i do to boot ?
My server runs windows 2003-server.

Thanks Mike,
server works again with boot diskette drive.
How can i take vare to restart from harddisk again ?
I want to replace my left-over 160 GB HD with 2 x 300 GB mirrored again.
