How to speed up windows XP resuming from hibernation

I want to speed up windows XP resuming from hibernation, decrease
the resuming time, can you tell me how to do it?

How long does it take? Is it longer than starting cold

If you want a faster restart, you could get a faster CPU, Motherboard and Hard Drive [more memory really wont help at this point]

All things can be improved with money, patience has to be learnt.
