how to sign out from microsoft outlook express

I want to know that how to sign out from microsoft outlook express 2007
 
its not signing out of outlook 2007 but its like you can change the account settings in the tools menu
i have done this in the 2007 but i dont know abt how to do it in other outlook like express and 2003.
i hope this would help you for sure
