How to Shut XP at a specified time

Can Windows XP be closed at a specified time or day of the
week, if so how can this be achieved.

Help would be appreciated.

Try doing a Google search for "Automatically shutting down a computer" or
similar.
 
Win XP Home can be scheduled to shutdown using Scheduled Tasks & the
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\tsshutdn.exe Command
