What happens if you View->Go To Folder...

then, in the dialog, expand local folders? Is your Sent Items folder listed?
Can you open it from there?

Nope it disappeared from there because it was orginnally another sub folder
under sent foler. I can only see the sub folder in Windows Mail under panel
control settings. I wonder how to show it again, it cant be disappear like
this. PLEASE HELP, if there is any other way. Thanks

Nope, I checked and I have not deleted neither moved it! I hide it and now it
just disappear and i tried to select unhide button but it doesnt wok
obviously.
Oh well....wat can i say..

Make sure it didn't get put under one of the other folders. Look for +
signs next to the folders and expand them and then see if you find it.

the case where I missed place, deleted or cancelled it. I can still sees it
available in Windows properties under control panel. But thanks guys, for any

The same thing happened to me. When I emptied the deleted folder, all my
local folders disappeared ???? Someone answered that window mail is not
compatble with Norton and might cause that kinf of problem...??? I do have a
general backup but I am not sure how to restore those folders..???

So did you try following the advice about Norton to see if it will
make the missing folders reappear?

Windows Mail is not compatible with most McAfee
or Norton security programs. Those will need to be
uninstalled, not just disabled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download
and install a more compatible antivirus like the free Avast:
http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their
email scanning option turned off. For more on this topic see
