how to share files from another server through frontpage 2003?

I have a file server where there are documents(word/pdf/excell) that I want
to share through a frontpage 2003 website on another server. How do I do this?

Assuming this is an intranet and not an internet site;

<a href="file://ServerName/Directory/FileName.doc"> will work for you.
