How to setup a no-reply e-mail?

I need to send an e-mail to a large group of co-workers (1,500) but do not
want any replies to this e-mail. How can I do this? Also, How can I hide the
list of people that I send the e-mail to?

Obviously you can't stop someone from replying if they want. You could
specify a non-replyable address, but that's against mail standards. You can
use the Bcc field to keep the recipients from seeing the other recipients.
