How to setup a blog with frontpage 2003 in a business website

I would like to create a business website to introduce and sell my products.
Within the site I would like to have a blog so I can add news about the
products and users can add comments on how they use the products. Using
Frontpage 2003 how can this be done? I can't find where the "web log"
templates is in Frontpage.

There is no Web Log with FP. You could use the FP Discussion Web, or look
for a third party Blog.

In Frontpage 2003 there is a Web Log site template. It uses Sharepoint
Services.

is register.
