Hello, does anyone know how to setup a blog using FrontPage 2003? I would
really appreciate some instructions on how to accomplish this!

Thanks!

The problem with the free blog servers is that you will have advertising on
your blog, and you have no control over the content of the ad. I also want
to start blogging, but I have decided to go with a paid server. Godaddy.com
is only three bucks a month. It comes highly recommended, and there are no
ads.

Not so with www.blogger.com. There's no advertising at all.

Whatever works for you. I've used Blogger for years - it's free, there are
no ads, everything can be customized, and you can use your own hosting or
theirs.
