Dear all,

I have some problem with the WindowXP.
When I am trying to download file from some website, I need to know the Transfer Rate(for example 24.1KB/Sec) as seen from the captured screen from Window 98.

Currently my window XP does not show this screen when downloading.
Do you know how or where can I configure/set my windowXP to show this screen when downloading?
Or do you know anyone who can help?

Strange.
Try going (in IE) to tools - options - advanced.
Check the box that says "notify when download complete" see if this
kick-starts the dialogue box back into life.
If so, then uncheck it and see if it remains for the next download.
