how to set virtual memory

i have a dual 2.4 processor xeon 1gb ram 240gb SATA HDD, My 1st patition is c: having 10gb space, what is the min and max Virtual Memory i should set for c:
should i set the virtual memory for E: and f: which is 98gb each, i use this computer for photo manuplatation
please advice
