How to set-up Outlook 2007 inbox display?

Outlook 2007 needed to close last week and send an error message. The
default look of the inbox changed when it restarted. i want the default view
to have inbox on the left and a full message preview pane below and right.
How do i get it back?

How does it look now then?
You can enable and position the Reading Pane via the View menu.
