How to set up email

I want to set up new email address using new website address. eg.
(e-mail address removed)
 
Contact your ISP/Mail Service Provider to set up the account for you.
I don't see any question/issue regarding FrontPage in your post.

You set up email addresses through your host or your control panel for your
hosting account.

Has nothing to do with Frontpage.
