generally your web cam will come with software that will handle the moving
of the images from your local machine to the web.
did yours come with such?
for FrontPage compatibility I would recommend that you have this software
move the images to a FrontPage subweb. this will keep the web cam system
out of the way during normal publishing operations on your main web.
if you don't have any web cam software there's a free program at www.coffeecup.com for this purpose.
