Setting up an email account in Windows Mail is identical to how
it was done in Outlook Express.
If you want some help, describe your exact problem, and include a
copy of any error message.

Martin. You are not writing to Microsoft. You are posting your complaint on a public bulletin board where others, like you, read and some with more technical support try to help.

Explain in detail your problem(s) including the exact wording of any error messages.
Also include your ISP information (that is the part after the @ in your email address.)
