how to set thenews server in Outlook

P'se advise how to set the following in Outlook
1. news servers
2. HTTP mail service (e.g. Hotmail)
3. How to read Netscape mail in Outlook

Outlook has no news reader capability, to read news use Outlook Express
Newsreader.
Then set up a news account, eg msnews.microsoft.com is the MS news server
2) OL cannot access a Hotmail Account unless it is a Hotmail premium account
ie paid for
3) See Netscape help

Lastly post to the correct ng in future, this Q has nothing to do with Win2k
