You have to have the paid version of Hotmail otherwise it doesn't work.

Or did you mean http://www.hotmail.com?

Yes I meant to read hotmail in outlook!
I wonder why the outlook express can read hot mail while outlook couldn't!

If the account was registered a while ago it should work fine.
