How to Set Rules for Sorting Incoming Messages in Windows Live Mail

I tried but could not figured out how to set rules for sorting incoming
messages in Windows Live Mail. This option is available in Outlook but it
seems Microsoft has forgotten in their WLM. I need help if you know how to
set rules in WLM.

This it the Windows Mail newsgroup, not Windows Live Mail.

Windows Live Mail desktop newsgroup:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop
