how to set passwords for different Outlook users?

I just got Outlook and need to have it set up for passwords for each user. I
can't figure it out. Please help! :)
 
As the Administrator, set up a separate User for each one. Assign them
passwords, and when they log in they can set up Outlook (probably with your
help).
