How to set outlook to manage two seperate e-mail accounts-same pro

I want to have Outlook manage two different e-mail id's, same computer, same
provider- and want to be able to select each email address.
Is this possible ?

What do you mean by 'manage' ? you can create multiple profiles (need to
close outlook to change profiles) or have multiple accounts in 1 profile.
