How to set default reply-to address?

Hi,

Each member of our sales staff needs to have replies sent to
(e-mail address removed) (a distribution list mailbox) instead of their personal
email address.

In Outlook 2007, I see that there's a "From:" field to change this
per-message. But I need to do this on a permanent basis.

I looked through the settings and didn't see anything that address this.
How can I change this?

NOTE: I don't want to _use_ the (e-mail address removed) account, just set it so
when someone hits reply to a sales rep, it is addressed to (e-mail address removed)

(using Exchange 2003 SP2)

Thanks!

you may need to try the Exchange server newsgroups as I think this is best
done with a server side Rule.

You could also see if it's possible to do it with a Rule on her Outlook.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

Hi Judy,

I didn't see anything in Rules that applied -- only incoming messages and
outgoing messages already sent...

I'll look around in the Exchange groups, thanks for the tip.

Does anyone else have any suggestions? Maybe a macro?

Thanks.
