How to set custom error message in Internet Explorer - instead of
standard "The page cannot be displayed"? (when we try to access a Web
site, but type incorrect url, etc)

thanks.

Hi Polychrom,

Its set by the web server. If you use IIS there is a tab on the site
properties dialog for custom error messages. A covenant is that you custom
error pages must be larger than 512kb. Do a google for custom 404 errors.
There are plenty of sites out there that do this.

Regards.

Hi Rob,

sorry, I meant custom DNS error message for DNS Error. I.e. when we
type a wrong URL in web browser, Internet Explorer will return "The
page cannot be displayed". But, it seems its impossible, its built in
resouce.

Thanks.
