how to set access level in win 2000 server as workstation?

i've a win2000 server configured as workstation. How do I set the level of
access on the local computer after logging in to the domain?
Unlike in Win 2000pro, there's a setting in control panel\users and
passwords\ user properties\ group membership tab, where i can set the level
of access. But i can't find it in the server version.

Thanks Jetro. I've added the domain user name in the group instead of the
user(local).

Run *lusrmgr.msc*.
