How to set a new (different) DEFAULT font for TextBoxes and fill color for Rectangles?

When I draw a new rectangle on a new Powerpoint sheet then the background color is always
by default a light green. Ok, I can change this manually into another color.

But when I draw the next rectangle then the background color is again light green.

How can I permanently change to a new, different background default color when drawing
a rectangle?

How do I set a specific shadow AS DEFAULT when drawing a new rectangle?

How do I set a NEW DEFAULT font (+style) for all future Text Boxes?
