How to serch for Alt + Enter

Hi,

I got a document where hundreds of cells are filled with
lots of text. Whoever worked on it used the Alt + Enter
function to create a new line (instead of wraping the
text).

Is there a way to search for Alt + Enter and replace it
with a space?

In the find what box hold down alt key while typing 010 on the numpad,
release the alt button,
put a space in the replace with box and select replace all
