How to send a transcript via ASCII

Hello,
Pretty new to this and would like to know if I type up a transcript in MS
Word how do I send it via an ASCII file through the internet? Thanks!

If you really mean ASCII file, Save As ".txt". But these days it would
be unusual if someone was requiring that.
