How to send a screen shot

I am holding down the alt key along with the print scrn together to copy on
an error on a webpage.

I make sure that what im copying is active while the email not active it is
behind the webpage.

Then i go into my outlook email and do ctrl v. does not work nothing is
copied into my email.

Hello Cynthia,

This might not be the best suggestion but try this:
Repeat the same procedure but past the image in Paint brush application!
then copy the image from there and paste it in outlook. I guess it should
work.

I cant do it! I don't know what im doing wrong. Can someone help me
