How to send a "I" to a scheduled task

When my scheduled task starts, it raises a message box "An
application has attempted to directly access the hard
disk". To automatically "ignore" the message, the batch
file executes a vb program that send to the active window
a "I". It works if the user that has launched the batch
file is on line. But if the task is launched during the
night (user is off line), the sendkeys' action does not
reach its target. Does anyone know of a program to send
an "I" to an active window?
