How to select paragraph between tow specified words?

I want to select any text betwee tow words. step by step or script sample.

example text:

so the selection willbe like this:

Hi, Aliox. Do a FIND, and type in mystart. Then hit your right arrow key.
Then double-click EXT in the status bar of Word. Then do another FIND for
myend. Then shift and left arrow key.
