How to scale image for printing?

I'd like to print this image:
http://wine1.sb.fsu.edu/chm1045/tables/period/PT_large.jpg. However, it
keeps trailing off the edge of the paper. I can't find any option on my
Lexmark X83 all-in-one printer to scale down to the paper size. Any
suggestions?

Insert the image into Wordpad, then adjust and print.

Depends on the application you are using to print the image.

Try: Open the image in Paint.
Go to File, Page Setup. Select Landscape and Fit to 1 x 1 pages.
Adjust paper margins {optional}

Then, File Print.

Save the image onto your computer.
Download Irfanview (free from http://irfanview.com) and open the file
in that.
The print options will allow you to scale the image for best fit to
page.
