If I change my computer to another, how should I save my Outlook2003's
spam-filter database?

I would download a trial version of OutBack Plus to the old
computer and do a backup to an external drive. On the new
computer pay for and download OutBack Plus and restore from
the external drive that you backed up to.

I recommend that you later schedule OutBack Plus to back up
Outlook files once a week.
