How to save context before reinstalling

Hi,
I want to reinstall my system (Vista64 Home Premium).
I do not want to lose any information from my windows mail environment,
neither a single message nor any config data.
What files and/or dirs have I to save on a non system partition, the
Windows partition will be totally blanked
