Hi All,

I am going to reformat my hard drive and would like to save my Outlook 2003
(SR-1) calendar, address book and contacts. Which files do I need to save?

My computer is a P4, running Windows XP Pro.

Thank You,

Err, this is kind of low tech, but I have used this method for years
without trouble. I just locate the pst file and copy it to a spare
partition I keep for this sort of thing. After reinstalling everything
just copy it back over the new pst file the new installation of Outlook
has created. Everything is in that one file so it's all you need to worry
about. You will need to know where the pst file is located, as some
different versions have had different locations. I am using an earlier
version than yours, but if locating it is a problem I am sure many of the
regulars here will be happy to point you to it. Good luck.
